According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human services, 5 to 20 percent of the population contracts the flu each year. This year, flu season is heightened by the threat of the H1N1 influenza outbreak. In an effort to head off an outbreak, a growing number of airports around the country are offering passengers the opportunity to get a flu shot on the fly.
