During a weekend trip to Palm Beach with two girlfriends, I had the chance to enjoy dinner and brunch at our hotel’s restaurant, Café Boulud. Chef Daniel Boulud has a host of eateries throughout the country. The restaurant is an extension of the popular NYC hotspot. My friend Beth, who now lives and works in NYC, joined me on the trip. She had attempted to dine at Café Boulud in the city several times, but found it impossible to get a reservation. We were all eager to savor the experience.
